How it works

From one sentence to a verifiable history

Five steps. The user takes the first; the system handles the rest. Below is a straight account of what already works and what is still being built.

Step 1

Say it the way you always do

A voice message, a line of text or a photo of the receipt. No fields, no dropdowns, no categories — for our user, a form is where the process stops.

The system understands Uzbek speech with apostrophes and abbreviations, Cyrillic and Russian, and a mix of languages within one sentence: “Sotdim 3 qop un, 900 тысяч”. This is not a bonus but a requirement — it is how people actually speak.

Why Telegram. It is already on the phone, it runs on a cheap Android and on a poor connection. Nothing needs to be installed — which removes the main barrier to entry.

Step 2

Recognition, not guesswork

Inside there is no single model for everything but a ladder: the simpler the sentence, the cheaper and faster the processing.

What came inHow it is processedWhy it works this way
A simple sentence
“sold water 5000”
Rules, with no model call Instant and free. Most sales look exactly like this
Complex text and voice
several items, mixed languages
A fast, inexpensive model plus speech recognition Keeps the response within seconds and the cost within pennies
Receipt and delivery-note photos A computer-vision model Here accuracy matters more than cost, so a strong model is used

When the system is unsure it asks rather than invents. One clarifying question beats a quietly understated turnover.

Step 3

You confirm rather than trust blindly

A card before saving

Items, quantities and amounts are shown before anything is written. Nothing is saved until you press “Confirm”.

Edit a single item

You can change one line instead of redoing the whole sale. The total is recalculated on the spot.

Editing does not erase history

A correction is stored as a new version of the record. The old one stays in the history — that is a matter of principle.

Step 4

The tax calculates itself

1% of turnover, threshold tracking and a reminder before the deadline. We show not only the amount but what it rests on.

What the dashboard shows

  • Turnover for the month and year to date
  • Accrued 1% tax
  • Distance to the tax-regime thresholds
  • Days without records, so revenue is not lost

What we do not do

  • We do not file reports with government bodies on your behalf
  • We do not receive or transfer your money
  • We do not give tax advice
  • We do not suggest ways to reduce your tax
Step 5

A history you can present

The point of daily records is not tidiness for its own sake. After a few months they add up to something your business never had before.

Self-reported

You recorded a sale

Tax paid

Every invented som costs 1%, irreversibly

Confirmed by a bank

The transaction appears in the statement

Confirmed by the state

A fiscal document

A year of records changes the conversation with a bank. Inventing one figure at year-end is easy. Faking a year of daily records with a natural spread, where every som is backed by tax actually paid, is incomparably more expensive.

A fair caveat. Our data does not reach credit bureaus automatically — under current rules what flows there is turnover from digital platforms. For the history to count in scoring, an agreement with a bank or a bureau is required. Until such an agreement exists, we do not promise it.

Architecture

One core, many points of access

The bot is not a separate program but one way of reaching a shared bookkeeping system. Today access is through Telegram; next come a web workspace and mobile apps on top of the same core.

Seller bot Workspace reports Storefront for buyers Accountant 20–50 clients Bank data export Bookkeeping core immutable history · tax engine Money never passes through the service
The legal question of “we never touch the money” is settled once, at the core level — so every new point of access is added without reopening it.
