Roadmap

Open about what is done and what is ahead

We publish the plan in full, unresolved questions included. Dates are given by month and we do not compress them to look good: the product calculates other people's taxes, and here a margin of safety matters more than speed.

Updated 20 July 2026. Reviewed at the end of each month against what actually happened.

Where we are heading

Three horizons

1

Bookkeeping people use every day

The next six months. AI input, inventory, dashboard, reports and reminders. Free.

The measure of success is not the number of sign-ups but the share of users who record sales on four or more days a week.

2

Revenue and distribution

6–18 months. The accountant workspace as the main channel: one accountant brings 20–50 clients. A Pro subscription for inventory and analytics.

This is also when the company is registered, which unlocks subscriptions, e-invoicing and IT Park residency.

3

Turnover that is recognised

18+ months. A verified turnover history becomes the basis for access to growth capital.

Going legal turns from an obligation into an asset. We neither lend nor score ourselves — we supply verifiable data.

Done

What already works

The product is deployed in production and tested against real scenarios every day.

Product

  • Parsing of voice, text and receipt photos
  • A ladder of models, from rules to computer vision
  • 1% tax calculation and threshold tracking
  • Immutable history: record provenance, event date kept separate from entry date
  • A four-question onboarding and a versioned profile
  • Evening reminder, quick buttons, day streaks
  • Three languages without breaking the layout

Foundations

  • The legal basis checked against primary sources: self-employed status and rate, cash registers and receipts, the e-invoicing regime, the regulatory boundaries of the service
  • Strategy, roadmap and design system committed to documents
  • Infrastructure: CI/CD, PostgreSQL, a task queue, structured logs, monitoring
  • Decision made: the servers will be located in Uzbekistan
  • Competitors, regulation and open banking researched
Plan

One main goal per month

Everything else that month is secondary and is the first thing cut. If the goal is met early, the remaining time goes into quality rather than new features.

Stages completed 1 of 7
Completed In progress now Ahead
July 2026 Now

Clear the foundations

Bring AI parsing to a stable state and close the input defects found so far. Remote validation: analysing reviews of competitors and ten video calls with real sellers.

August 2026

The basis of the new core

A profile that captures how payment is taken. Tamper-evident history: append-only storage and a full audit log. A product catalogue that builds itself. In parallel, preparing the trip: a list of people and meetings.

September 2026

The trip and institutional setup

Company registration, the IT Park application, first users in person, meetings with banks. Payment confirmation and goods received from a delivery-note photo. Planning assumption: open banking is live from 1 September.

October 2026

The user sees their profit

Cost price and margin per item. The Mini App shell and dashboard: turnover, tax, stock and risk status on one screen.

November 2026

Closed beta A quality gate

20–50 real users. The metric: the share who enter data on four or more days a week.

A rule we will not work around. If that share is below 30%, we do not move on with the plan; we go back to the product. Better to admit it in November than in March.

December 2026

Institutions

IT Park residency. First substantive conversations with credit bureaus, microfinance banks and the state lending platform.

Q1 2027

First revenue

The accountant workspace as a sales channel. Launch of the Pro subscription. An income-verification pilot with one partner bank.

Context

External dates we plan around

We do not set these dates. But they are what determines when our product becomes necessary.

DateWhat happensWhy it matters to us
1 July 2026 The state online lending platform goes live The channel for income verification is already open
1 September 2026 The central bank launches open banking — data sharing with customer consent The banking half of the picture becomes available. The cash half still only through us
1 October 2026 More than 70 information systems are integrated into the Shadow Economy Map Pressure on unrecorded turnover grows — in practice, bookkeeping stops being optional
1 December 2026 Alternative AI scoring across 71 datasets, with official turnover as the key input By then we need a working product with real data in it
Candidly

What is not done yet

We believe a public roadmap without this section is useless.

No external users yet

The product works, but nobody outside the team has yet recorded their own sale. That is the nearest milestone and the biggest open risk.

No legal entity yet

Until registration, subscriptions, e-invoicing through an operator, in-product tax payment and IT Park residency are all blocked. Planned for September.

No bank agreement yet

Until one is signed, income verification for banks remains a direction of work rather than a finished feature. We do not present it as something that exists.

Want to shape this plan?

We are looking for first users and accountants for the pilot. Feedback at this stage changes the product more than it will at any later one.
