Soliqchi AIPrivacy Policy
In short: we collect the minimum, we do not sell it, we do not hand it to state authorities on our own initiative, and we let you delete it.
1. Definitions
Service — the Soliqchi AI software product, designed to record sales, calculate turnover tax and build the user's transaction history.
User — a natural person using the Service.
Personal data — information relating to an identified or identifiable User.
Controller — the entity that determines the purposes and content of personal data processing, identified in the header of this Policy.
2. What data we process
2.1. Data the User provides directly
- Telegram ID, and the name and username shown in the Telegram profile
- Business details given during initial setup: type of activity, how payment is taken, tax status
- The content of messages sent to the bot: text, voice messages, photos of receipts and delivery notes
- Sale details: item name, quantity, amount, transaction date
- Contact details, if the User provides them when contacting support
2.2. Data collected automatically
- Technical session data: date and time of requests, interface language, event type
- Diagnostic records of errors and failures, needed to fix faults
2.3. What we do NOT collect
- Bank card numbers, account details, payment passwords and confirmation codes
- Identity document data, unless the User sends it voluntarily
- Location data
- Data from other apps on the User's device
The Service does not receive, hold or transfer funds. No payments pass through the Service, so payment data is not processed at all.
3. Purposes of processing
- Recognising message content and creating a sale record
- Calculating turnover tax and tracking thresholds
- Producing reports and the User's transaction history
- Sending reminders related to use of the Service
- Technical support and handling enquiries
- Maintaining operation and security and fixing failures
- Improving recognition quality using anonymised data
4. Legal basis
Processing is carried out on the basis of the User's consent, which is deemed given from the moment the Service is first used, and in order to perform the agreement between the User and the Controller. Consent may be withdrawn in the manner set out in Section 8.
5. Sharing data with third parties
The Controller does not sell personal data and does not share it for advertising purposes.

Data sent to recognition services is minimised: only the content of the sale needed for parsing is transmitted, without the User's identifier and without any profile information.
5.2. Disclosure at the request of state authorities
The Controller does not pass User data to tax or other state authorities on its own initiative. Disclosure is possible only in response to a reasoned request from an authorised body, made in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
The Service is not a tax agent and does not file reports on the User's behalf. The User decides independently what to declare.
6. Retention and security
- Data is retained for as long as the Service is used and for [[СРОК]] after the last interaction, unless the law prescribes a different period
- Access to data is limited to those who need it to perform their duties
- Data is transmitted between the User and the Service over a secure channel
- Transaction history is append-only: a correction is stored as a new version of the record, which rules out silent retroactive changes
- The technical facilities processing the personal data of citizens of the Republic of Uzbekistan are located in accordance with personal data legislation
7. Cookies
The soliqchi.ai website uses strictly necessary cookies that keep the pages working correctly. No advertising or tracking cookies are used. The Telegram bot does not use cookies.
8. User rights
The User has the right to:
- obtain information about the processing of their personal data;
- request that data be updated, corrected or blocked;
- request deletion of data;
- withdraw consent to processing;
- obtain a copy of their data in machine-readable form;
- lodge a complaint about the Controller with the competent authority.
To exercise any of these rights, simply send a request to privacy@soliqchi.ai or via the bot. Requests are handled within [[СРОК]] business days.
Withdrawing consent stops processing and deletes the data, except for information that must be retained by law.
9. Minors
The Service is not intended for people under 18 and does not knowingly collect their data. If such data is found, it is deleted.
10. Changes to this Policy
The Controller may amend this Policy. The current version is published on this page with its date. For material changes, the User is notified through the bot at least [[СРОК]] days before the changes take effect.
